Psychology & Psychotherapy - Individualized treatment to help people with a broad variety of mental illnesses and emotional difficulties. Psychotherapy can help eliminate or control troubling mental health symptoms so a person can function better and can increase well-being and healing. Problems helped by psychotherapy include difficulties in coping with daily life, emotional regulation, the impact of trauma, medical illness/chronic pain, grief/loss like the death of a loved one, substance use disorders, and other mental disorders like depression or anxiety.

Exposure Therapy - Therapy to treat fear avoidance and anxiety disorders. Exposure therapy involves progressively exposing an individual to the anxiety source for building comfort, tolerance level of the stressor, and desensitization.

EMDR - Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a mental health treatment technique. This method assists with processing traumatic memories.

Psychosocial Interventions – Occupational Therapists assist individuals to build their engagement in meaningful daily occupations by building resiliency through the teaching and practice of symptom coping skills, such as mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and behavioural activation.
